She also held the role of General Manager looking after the sales and business operations for 5 countries across SEA. With a strong passion for recruitment and genuine care factor for the candidate's career journey as well as a purpose to health the community, she transitioned into boutique recruitment to specialise in Clinical and Medical roles and Executive recruitment. She also worked as a Global Talent Acquisition Director for a multinational US/Canadian telecommunications company (listed on NASDAQ) handling one of their biggest recruitment initiatives.Sapphira brings a transparent, collaborative approach, along with a drive to ‘make a difference’ to the customer experience for both her client partners and candidates.
