Suzanne brings extensive experience in developing and delivering complex programs and initiatives, most recently in the not-for-profit, education and international development sectors. She has joined OnTalent to lead our successful Social Enterprise practice, a team that provides contemporary recruitment and talent management advice – Connecting People and Purpose. Suzanne is committed to connecting ethical leaders and influencers with purposeful organisations to create exceptional outcomes and healthy workplaces. People sit at the centre of her approach, firmly grounded in the belief that when a sense of purpose that comes from social justice is paired with inspiring leaders, change and transformation is possible.Suzanne holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Political Science from the University of Queensland, an Honours First Class degree in Political Science and Public Policy and an undergraduate degree with majors in History and Politics also from the University of Queensland.Prior to joining the team at OnTalent, Suzanne worked for Schools Plus where she led transformative change programs in the Queensland education sector with multiple stakeholders including senior executives and senior policymakers at both the state and federal level. Before this role, Suzanne led a three-year program with University of Queensland International Development in leadership and governance to Papua New Guinea’s emerging and future leadersSuzanne has also worked in the private sector for twenty years, both running her own consulting firm as well as working for organisations such as Deloitte and Telstra.Her expertise is in governance, public policy, performance improvement, leadership development, business growth and operational effectiveness particularly those related to organisational change initiatives.
