Robyn has over 15 years’ experience in leadership development, implementing organisational and culture change initiatives and providing insightful and trusted advice to senior and executive leaders to improve individual and team performance and create values-driven workplace cultures.
Prior to joining OnTalent as a Client Partner specialising in executive search in the Government and not-for-profit sectors, Robyn was the Organisational Development Specialist in a Queensland regional council. She focused on implementing a culture improvement program, delivering leadership development programs for emerging to senior leaders, developing an Achievement and Development initiative and managing the organisation’s capability development.
Robyn is a versatile and experienced professional, with extensive stakeholder management experience. She is dedicated to helping organisations recruit the best people for success; and aligning people with their purpose. She has an authentic and consultative approach and has a reputation for being versatile and delivering above expectation to achieve great outcomes.
