Combined with her drive to create impact, she has a strong track record for working with both executives and leaders, as well as leadership teams and organisations across areas such as coaching, capability, wellbeing, team optimisation, leadership, culture and organisational development. Ilea’s background is in Organisational Psychology, and she has over 15 years’ experience working in professional services with both private and public sector clients, across the United States, Asia and Australia.

As a Client Partner of Organisational Development, Ilea’s strength lies in her ability to combine research-backed strategies, tools and techniques with a practical lens. Ensuring her approach meets the needs with whom she is working. She is also highly adaptable and agile, guaranteeing she is equally effective from the boardroom to the virtual training room. Furthermore, Ilea ensures that the individuals, teams and organisations she works with reach their peak performance in a way that is sustainable. Considering the modern day demands and pressures, she believes it is imperative for everyone to find their unique way for managing and balancing these stressors and challenges and supports others to do this well.

Another philosophy Ilea has held at the centre of her career is that “the greatest enemy of learning is knowing” originally cited by John Maxwell. With a number of qualifications and accreditations underpinning her work experience, she not only advocates continuous learning and development for others but also engages in this for herself – so she can best support her clients. Ilea has a Master of Science in Organisational Psychology as well as a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. She is accredited in a number of assessments and methodologies, such as the Hogan Suite, SHL Suite, Korn Ferry and TalentQ Suit and the Global Leadership Wellbeing Survey (GLWS).
