She has nine years’ industry experience as both a search and recruitment consultant, tasked with identifying alternative sourcing methods, undertaking extensive database and internet search – and doing whatever it takes to find the right person for a role.
Courtney ensures all candidates engaged during the recruitment process are communicated to, and managed, in a professional, discrete and respectful manner. It’s her exceptionally high service delivery standards that contribute to the OnTalent experience.
Courtney is experienced in boolean search techniques, deep web searches, truncated search methodologies and is an advanced user of LinkedIn Recruiter. Through her in-depth search, she is able to identify and approach candidates who would not typically be identified through traditional sourcing methods ensuring clients receive the most suitable candidates in the market.
Courtney has previously provided end-to-end recruitment services to clients with a focus on generalist white collar and specialist IT positions.
