Kevan is responsible for our Executive Contracting and Interim Management division, which is a complimentary service offering for our Executive Search and Career Management businesses. He specialises in finding interim and contracting assignments across both our private and public sector client bases, with a particular emphasis on roles within the IT, Finance and HR disciplines. Kevan has more than 15 years' recruitment industry experience, with a background as a successful consultant within the IT, Finance and Banking fields. He has also operated at a management level, having established and grown Brisbane-based branches for two separate Recruitment Consultancies, which involved full P&L responsibility and the supervision of up to eight staff.

In recent years, Kevan has held client-focused roles within two separate management consulting firms in Brisbane, giving him an excellent understanding of delivering project-based solutions to clients, often involving multiple resources and specific outcomes. He has spent the majority of the last 13 years living and working in Brisbane and has developed solid networks in his field during this time.

In addition to his extensive industry experience, Kevan holds a Joint Honours degree in Economics & Politics from Birmingham University in his native UK and has undertaken a number of industry-related training opportunities during his career. Outside of work, Kevan has a keen interest in soccer, cricket and current affairs, as well as being a volunteer manager of junior teams at his local soccer club.

Kevan believes in honest and open communication with the clients he works with, and is passionate about utilising his networks to create meaningful contracting and consulting opportunities for candidates of OnTalent.
