Natasha is the Chief Executive and co-founder of OnTalent, with over 20 years’ executive search and recruitment experience (at CEO and board level) – the majority of that time spent in leadership positions. 

Starting as a successful consultant in the executive, finance and engineering fields, she quickly progressed to senior management, leadership and ownership positions (both nationally and state-based) with leading organisations such as PwC, Deloitte, Manpower and IPA.

In partnership with former Manpower Australia Managing Director, Varina Missen, Natasha founded OnTalent in January 2010. She’s led the organisation as Chief Executive for the past six years, overseeing not just the firm’s success but its expansion into Career Management Services. Through the delivery of specific programmes, this is a unique offering that supports individuals, teams and executives with Career Transition, Leadership, Team Development and Coaching.

While Natasha continues to drive the business to new heights, she has maintained a loyal client base and still delivers successful, executive-level recruitment assignments herself. Natasha’s specialist areas are in C-Suite and Senior Management appointments, transformational roles and unique positions holding a strategic remit.

Natasha is constantly looking for ways to innovate and improve OnTalent, as well as the wider recruitment industry. Currently, she is a Director on the OnTalent Board, a Fellow and Queensland Chair of the Recruitment, Consulting and Staffing Association (RCSA) and also holds a non-executive board role as Director and Chair of the People, Performance and Culture Committee at Foodbank Queensland.
