Peter is a Client Partner at OnTalent. He has an extensive recruitment background with over 20+ years’ experience – coupled with a previous role as an Engineer which included formal qualifications in Electrical & Electronic, Software Engineering and Mechanical Engineering, as well as a Diploma in Management Studies.

In addition to working for a FTSE listed recruitment business, Peter spent 10 years running his own recruitment consultancies prior to his arrival in Australia.

Peter has partnered with many blue chip organisations including Laing O’Rourke, British Airways, Rio Tinto, Yokogawa, Virgin Media, General Electric (GE), Esterline Technologies, Invensys, ABB, Ford Motor Company, Thales, BAE Systems as well as emerging and innovative companies in the SME sector. Many of his clients required Peter to recruit roles across multiple regions including Europe, Asia Pacific region and the Americas.

Since joining OnTalent, Peter has been responsible for recruiting both permanent and contracting roles within the professional & technical market. He has quickly established a strong track record of delivery across numerous roles and disciplines including automotive, engineering, manufacturing, operations, oil & gas, mining & resources, petro-chemical, infrastructure, construction.
