We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the organisation through its next phase of growth and innovation. The CEO will be responsible for strategic leadership, operational management, and fostering a culture of excellence and inclusivity. This role requires a passionate advocate for vocational education and training with a strong background in leadership and a deep understanding or willingness to obtain an understanding of the apprenticeship and traineeship framework and landscape.
A proven track record in the development and execution of strategic plans to advance the purpose of organisational objectives along with experience in overseeing daily operations ensuring a focus on efficiency, quality and compliance with all regulatory requirements will be critical. Building and maintaining strong relationships with government bodies, industry partners, educational institutions and community organisations along with financial stewardship and identifying and pursuing funding opportunities are key areas of responsibility of the role.
We anticipate that your extensive and contemporary executive leadership practices and strong commercial and fiscal management will be underpinned by excellent communication and interpersonal abilities and a commitment to diversity, inclusion and the professional development of the team. A relevant tertiary qualification will be highly regarded.
