This position is perfect for someone who excels at leading teams, optimising operations, and ensuring the highest standards in warehouse management.

Simon George & Sons Pty Ltd is seeking a dedicated and experienced Afternoon Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and manage our warehouse operations. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth and efficient receiving, picking, processing, and delivery of fruit and vegetable orders. As the Afternoon Warehouse Supervisor, you will work closely with the Assistant General Manager and General Manager to lead our warehouse and distribution staff, ensuring that all activities meet our high standards and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all warehouse and distribution staff, ensuring seamless operations.
• Oversee the warehousing, distribution, and delivery processes, maintaining adherence to Simon George & Sons standards.
• Manage the workflow for all orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers.
• Maintain and manage driver runs and coordinate with external logistics companies.
• Supervise weekly stocktakes, including recounts and necessary adjustments.
• Ensure the quality of outgoing products meets HACCP and food safety standards.
• Communicate standards and provide training to all warehouse employees.
• Act as the First Aid Officer and manage related responsibilities.
• Oversee vehicle maintenance and ensure operational efficiency.
