Job Description
As part of a large, friendly IT team and reporting directly to the Operations Team Lead, you will be responsible for providing high level technical support for the organisation's corporate applications. Key duties will include:
- Second level technical support and assistance with third level technical solutions.
- Liaison with vendors regarding product support
- Onsite Intranet training to content owners
- Prepare and maintain documentation for Corporate Applications, intranet and nominated websites.
