Multicultural Australia delivers settlement services to refugees, migrants, international students, and people seeking asylum in Queensland while advancing a diverse, inclusive, and multicultural community including through employment, youth programs, cultural capability building, sports and arts inclusion programs.
The Client Service and Delivery team is responsible for leading Multicultural Australia's program operations and outcomes, with responsibility for the overall management of the Humanitarian Settlement Program (including case management and initial support, accommodation, employment, and education services), the Settlement Engagement and Transition Program and the Unaccompanied Humanitarian Minors Program. Servicing key external stakeholders, the Chief Client Officer plays a critical role in ensuring that Multicultural Australia's programs are executed with high levels of excellence in client service and measurable delivery outcomes, thereby positioning the organisation for continued strategic success.
To be successful in this exciting and impactful role, you will have extensive leadership experience with demonstrated expertise and outcomes achieved across the key areas of:
- Leadership and delivery of significant community services programs with specific exposure to services that support refugees and asylum seekers
- Experience in service delivery design and co-design with a focus on human-centred service delivery and trauma/high needs client services
- Service delivery of programs relating to employment, housing, social/community engagement
- Largescale workforce management including rostered teams
- Diversity and inclusion (particularly in the NFP sector)
- Visioning future service delivery needs
- Issues/crisis management
- Postgraduate tertiary qualifications in a relevant area (or significant equivalent experience)
