Natasha has over 25 years’ executive recruitment experience to CEO level and extensive search experience. She has largely completed a Master of Leadership through the University of Southern Queensland. Natasha commenced her career with PricewaterhouseCoopers before being appointed a Director with Deloitte where she led their recruitment practice. Since then she has led local boutique firms in search and selection and has been the Australian General Manager, Executive and Commercial recruitment, for a leading global recruitment firm. During this time, she has maintained a loyal client base and continued to deliver executive level recruitment assignments. Natasha’s specialist areas are in C-Suite and Senior Management appointments, transformational roles and unique positions holding a strategic remit. Natasha spent 12 months as the Queensland & ACT General Manager for a major Australian recruitment firm where she led 18 branches across 2 states prior to launching OnTalent. Natasha is a Director on the OnTalent Board, on the National Board and elected past Chair - Recruitment and Consultants Services Association (RCSA) in Queensland, Non-Executive Director and Chair of the People, Performance and Culture Committee of Food Bank Queensland and Ambassador of the Brisbane Club.

Reporting to an engaged, high-profile and deeply committed board, the Chief Executive officer will lead the development and delivery of the Southbank Corporation’s strategic plan and Master Plan, oversee the commercial operations and parklands management and be instrumental in ensuring collaborative and productive relationships with stakeholders across Queensland Government, Brisbane City Council, precinct partners and the community.
Success in this high-profile role will be measured by the positive change and transformation of the organisation internally and externally through the identification and realisation of new opportunities and initiatives for the precinct for today and through the 2032 Olympics and beyond.   To be successful in this highly sought after position you will:
  • Be a consummate leader whose achievements have been growth oriented, transformational and customer centric
  • Balance strategic and transformational capability with strong operational leadership
  • Have demonstrated experience in place making, development and experience design with extensive knowledge, experience and credibility in developing innovative and integrated policies, strategies and programs for managing change and renewal in high growth, inner city areas
  • Demonstrate exceptional stakeholder management skills across government, the private sector and the community
  • Have a deep and demonstrated understanding of destination development as it relates to tourism and local visitors
  • Be adept at leading in an ambiguous, changing and highly competitive environment
  • Be commercially astute with strong governance, compliance and statutory expertise
