Natasha has over 25 years’ executive recruitment experience to CEO level and extensive search experience. She has largely completed a Master of Leadership through the University of Southern Queensland.Natasha commenced her career with PricewaterhouseCoopers before being appointed a Director with Deloitte where she led their recruitment practice. Since then she has led local boutique firms in search and selection and has been the Australian General Manager, Executive and Commercial recruitment, for a leading global recruitment firm. During this time, she has maintained a loyal client base and continued to deliver executive level recruitment assignments. Natasha’s specialist areas are in C-Suite and Senior Management appointments, transformational roles and unique positions holding a strategic remit.Natasha spent 12 months as the Queensland & ACT General Manager for a major Australian recruitment firm where she led 18 branches across 2 states prior to launching OnTalent.Natasha is a Director on the OnTalent Board, on the National Board and elected past Chair - Recruitment and Consultants Services Association (RCSA) in Queensland, Non-Executive Director and Chair of the People, Performance and Culture Committee of Food Bank Queensland and Ambassador of the Brisbane Club.

Are you passionate about leading transformative HR strategies and fostering a dynamic organisational culture? A prestigious professional services organisation is seeking a seasoned General Manager of People and Culture to spearhead the human resources and culture functions. This pivotal role is designed for a visionary leader who loves to roll up their sleeves to work actively in the business to shape and drive comprehensive HR and cultural initiatives.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Strategic Leadership: Lead the entire spectrum of human resources functions, crafting and executing contemporary strategies to position the organisation as an employer of choice. Key areas include strategic HR, organisational development, leadership, succession planning, business partnering, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, health and safety, performance management, learning, diversity and inclusion, rewards, and recognition, and HRIS risk and compliance.

Trusted Advisor: Serve as a principal consultant to our Executive Leadership Team and Board, offering high-level advice on all aspects of people and culture. This includes reporting on governance and risk matters to support informed decision-making, representing the organisation in various internal and external forums, and exemplifying the core culture and leadership principles.
People Strategy Architect: Guide the People and Culture team in developing and executing a robust People Strategy, ensuring alignment with divisional goals and delivering impactful outcomes.

Divisional Business Partner: Act as a strategic HR partner to divisional leadership teams, providing expert advice, supporting change initiatives, and managing complex stakeholder engagements.

We are seeking interest from suitably experienced and qualified HR/People and Culture professions with a degree in Human Resource Management, Organisational Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.  These qualifications will be complimented by at least 10 years of experience in senior HR leadership roles, with a proven track record in leading strategic culture or organisational development initiatives and overseeing the operational facets of the HR function.

Demonstrated ability to engage with Executive and Board-level stakeholders effectively will be essential as will be your capability and willingness to be hands-on and operationally focussed.
