Natasha has over 25 years’ executive recruitment experience to CEO level and extensive search experience. She has largely completed a Master of Leadership through the University of Southern Queensland.Natasha commenced her career with PricewaterhouseCoopers before being appointed a Director with Deloitte where she led their recruitment practice. Since then she has led local boutique firms in search and selection and has been the Australian General Manager, Executive and Commercial recruitment, for a leading global recruitment firm. During this time, she has maintained a loyal client base and continued to deliver executive level recruitment assignments. Natasha’s specialist areas are in C-Suite and Senior Management appointments, transformational roles and unique positions holding a strategic remit.Natasha spent 12 months as the Queensland & ACT General Manager for a major Australian recruitment firm where she led 18 branches across 2 states prior to launching OnTalent.Natasha is a Director on the OnTalent Board, on the National Board and elected past Chair - Recruitment and Consultants Services Association (RCSA) in Queensland, Non-Executive Director and Chair of the People, Performance and Culture Committee of Food Bank Queensland and Ambassador of the Brisbane Club.

The role of General Manager People, Culture, Safety and Sustainability has been developed to drive strategy, lead change and embed operational excellence.

Reporting to the CEO and with a highly capable team of professionals across the portfolio, the focus will be to strategically lead and align the team to the wider business, review and seek opportunities for improvement across functions, processes and outcomes and to bring a people-oriented perspective to the Executive Leadership team.

To be successful in this role you will:
  • Bring engaging, enthusiastic and collaborative leadership skills
  • Have deep domain expertise in human resources and people and culture with additional exposure leading safety environment and sustainability highly regarded
  • A proven ability to balance strategic and operational requirements with the flexibility to respond calmly to urgent requirements and in a crisis
  • Have proven capability to lead areas outside of your own expertise
  • Be committed to and understand the imperatives of Social License to Operate, with a track record of engaging communities and First Nations stakeholders
  • Have an appreciation for and experience working with the principals of ESG
  • Have exceptional verbal and written communication capability and be a visible leader with a growth mindset
