Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, you'll join the Senior Leadership Team and play a key role in shaping the organisation's next chapter. This is an opportunity to influence strategy, strengthen financial capability and ensure Strive continues to grow in a sustainable and commercially responsible way.

You'll have the opportunity to:

• Partner with the CEO, Board and Senior Leadership Team to influence strategic direction.
• Lead the Finance and ICT functions through the next phase of organisational growth.
• Strengthen financial capability, governance and commercial decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvement, digital transformation and operational excellence.
• Develop a high-performing team while supporting meaningful outcomes across the organisation.

About You
You're an experienced finance leader who enjoys building organisations as much as leading finance functions. While your technical expertise is well established, your greatest strength lies in your ability to partner with people, influence decisions and translate financial information into practical insights that support better outcomes.

You'll bring:

• Executive or senior finance leadership experience within a complex service-based organisation.
• A collaborative leadership style with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels.
• Strong commercial acumen balanced with a genuine appreciation for purpose-driven organisations.
• Experience strengthening systems, improving capability and leading organisational change.
• The ambition to grow alongside an organisation entering an exciting new phase of its journey.
