Job Description

Our client is an organisation going through a structural change as it moves from its parent organisation to being an independent organisation. We are seeking an experienced Human Resources executive to lead the transition process, guide the change, and build out a human resources function for the new entity.  Ideally, we are seeking candidates with an ability to commence in early to  mid-May who have demonstrated expertise as follows:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications
  • At least 5-10 years experience leading a broad human resources function
  • Building HR and workforce design and strategy
  • Change management capability and expertise both functional/structural and cultural
  • ER/IR – knowledge of contemporary employment and industrial relations law
  • Organisational development/L&D leadership
  • Team Development
  • Workforce planning,
  • Succession planning and talent strategy to ensure capability and capacity to deliver on strategy and organisational objectives
  • Exceptional communications, relationship building and stakeholder management
To be successful in this role you will have a professional, yet flexible and highly engaging approach to building a highly valued human resources function and capability.  You will have worked through significant change management, preferably involving structural, strategic and cultural change with an ability to seamlessly move from strategic to operational priorities.
