The Head of Organisational Development is part of the People and Culture team and will design and facilitate the Workforce Strategy, Culture and Climate Program, Diversity and Inclusion Program, Performance Development and Management approach and the Learning and Development Framework.

Ideally, we are seeking an experienced OD Manager who is a strategic thinker and is able to engage in high-level business analysis to formulate effective, long-term workforce responses to critical business priorities. With ten years’ executive or senior leadership experience, you will have Tertiary qualifications in organisational development, human resource management, industrial relations or another relevant qualification. Experience in driving commercial revenue, the ability to create effective working relationships and negotiate with diverse stakeholder groups in a complex structure is required.
This role will provide strategic HR leadership and policy advice to the Executive Team and will lead the ongoing development of human resource management systems, internal consultancy services and programs to assist the organisation build and strengthen its human resource capabilities.
You will require strong analytical and investigative skills, along with a theoretical and practical background in organisational development and human resources. Key deliverables will be to create an environment where innovation and achievement are emphasised and rewarded and embed a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring the customer and community needs in mind.
