We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver strategic Human Resources initiatives that drive efficiency and innovation.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead and manage complex HR projects, including implementing ServiceNow and critical ER/payroll initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to balance project delivery with business-as-usual operations.
  • Develop project governance frameworks, manage risks, and oversee change management processes.
  • Prepare high-quality project reporting, steering committee documentation, and communication materials.
  • Drive innovation, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
What We’re Looking For
  • Demonstrated experience in managing HR and digital transformation projects.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with a collaborative and solution-focused approach.
  • Experience in change management and governance frameworks.
  • Previous government sector experience is highly regarded.
