OnTalent is delighted to be seeking applications for the position of Office Administration Manager located at head office in Yatala. Due to business growth and the retirement of a long serving employee, this new role will report to the Directors and support all areas of administration which support finance, sales, service division, reception and the offsite operations teams. There is also a focus on overseeing the new Quality Assurance and OH&S systems as well as customer compliance requirements.
To be considered you will have proven experience in leading administration and office management functions of a small to medium sized business and are proficient with MYOB in data entry, payroll and accounts management. You have exceptional customer service skills, a positive “can do attitude” and strong written and verbal communication skills. You enjoy exercising good judgement to solve problems, enjoy taking the initiative and supporting a team to ensure deadlines are met.
This is a fabulous opportunity for a great all-rounder who can multi-task and lead by example through demonstrating strong attention to detail and sound organisational skills.
