Due to continuous growth, we have an opportunity for a highly organised, proactive person, with a positive outlook to join our team as an Associate Client Partner. The role of our Associate Client Partners is critical to the success of our business and will see you supporting a team of high performing Client Partners across a multitude of industries and sectors.
What you will be doing:
- Liaising with our amazing clients and candidates
- Managing our recruitment processes including actioning ad responses, proactively sourcing talent (search / research), screening, and reference checking
- Coordinating interview processes and on-boarding successful applicants
- Developing and maintaining active talent pools
To be successful you will have demonstrated knowledge and experience in end to end recruitment delivery including best practice recruitment approaches, exceptional organisational skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in strategic sourcing methodologies and JobAdder would be highly advantageous.
