Established in 1996, Prime Super is an independent, profit-to-member, Australian super fund.  With strong member bases in agriculture, health and aged care, recruitment, and education (and growing), Prime Super is an open fund for all Australians, young and old, rural, and urban.  Through financial solutions and educational support, Prime Super works closely with members and employers and is proud to support local communities.

Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking a Regional Manager for Queensland.  Located in Brisbane, this role reports to the General Manager Distribution and with collaboration from peers and specialist internal stakeholders is responsible for the growth and development of the Fund with a specific focus on SE Queensland.
Key responsibilities are to:
  • Identify, manage, and closeout new business opportunities across all divisions within Queensland
  • Successfully transition and onboard new employers and members
  • Support and guide members with Member Online and other digital assets
  • Collaborate with the Member Solutions Team to improve member retention and enhance member experience
  • Grow Fund membership and funds under management via new employer partnerships across all divisions (Education, Health, Prime & Recruitment)
To be successful we are seeking candidates who are driven, motivated, and have an unwavering approach to delivering a high-quality member experience.  You are proficient in presenting to individuals and groups and enjoy contributing to the development of sales, marketing, and presentation collateral. Building networks and connecting with business leaders is a passion and you enjoy working autonomously as part of a national team.  Understanding of various software applications including MS Office, CRM programs, and other technologies is essential.
  
Experience in the financial services or superannuation sector is not essential but highly regarded.  You will be required to acquire RG146 accreditation (if not current) as well as demonstrating a strong technical aptitude to acquire knowledge of corporate super and financial services and in turn simplify complex information to a broad audience.

Previous experience in account management or business development role with a membership-based organisation or general/health insurance or recruitment experience will also be considered.
