About the Opportunity Working closely with a senior executive, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of a busy executive office. You will be a trusted advisor, gatekeeper and relationship manager, responsible for coordinating priorities, managing competing demands and maintaining strong relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
This is far more than diary management. It is a role requiring initiative, discretion, sound judgement and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.

- Coordinating meetings, briefings, correspondence and executive priorities
- Preparing and reviewing documentation, reports and briefing materials
- Acting as a key liaison between senior leaders and stakeholders

- Supporting strategic projects and organisational priorities as required
- Building productive relationships across a diverse stakeholder network
