We of course, are nothing without our talented team of professionals which, collectively, has over 125 years of experience. We are now looking to expand our fabulous team with an experienced Senior Bookkeeper.
In this role you will report to and be supported by the Manager – Finance & Corporate Services and will be responsible for the following:
- Effective and efficient processing of accounting data
- Accounts Payable and Receivable processing
- Manage contractor administration, compliance and onboarding
- Staff and Contractor payroll
- Account reconciliations
- End of month processing and reporting
- Provide exemplary external & internal customer service
- Provide back up administration support across the business

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Finance Assistant or an accounting support role
- Full understanding of the accounts payable and receivable process
- Hands on payroll experience
- Experience in end of month processing, reconciliations and reporting
- Intermediate Microsoft Word & Excel skills
- Excellent analytical and process improvement capability
- Ability to work to tight deadlines within a team environment
- Excellent attention to detail
