An A06 level contract opportunity has become available with one of our valued clients, the client is a Statutory Authority organisation that exists to support Queenslanders. Reporting to a supportive and collaborative HR Manager and HR team, your role will have a wide scope with senior responsibilities.
Responsibilities;
- Review and update the performance management policy and procedures
- Provide advice on performance management training across the organisation
- Facilitate performance reviews and provide feedback on behaviours and establish objectives
- remuneration survey work, and analysis of data
- Manage annuals bonuses and salary reviews and provide advice to management
- Provide advice on employee contracts, transfers and performance management
- Updating and maintain HR records on internal system
In order for you to be successful for this role you will have the following;
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources with no less than 5 years’ relevant experience
- Previous experience as a Senior HR generalist
- Up to date knowledge of general Human Resources processes and procedures
- High level of internal and external stakeholder engagement
- Excellent analytical skills, problem solving and ability to set goals
- You will be tech savvy and are happy to challenge the status quo
$3,707.00 - $3,959.00 per fortnight (Pro-rata)
$96,712 - $103,287 per annum
