This vision is being brought to life through two transformative initiatives: the Commonwealth Government’s 500 Worker Initiative and the DFV Practitioners in Police Stations Initiative. About the Position:

As a Sexual Assault Counsellor, you will provide therapeutic counselling and crisis intervention to individuals. Your role includes supporting clients through medical and legal processes, conducting intake assessments, and facilitating therapeutic groups. You will work within a trauma-informed framework, focusing on the safety and recovery of your clients.

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualifications in counselling, psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience in sexual assault [NP1] is highly desirable.
