An opportunity now exists for a State Sales Manager (Queensland) to join the business in a newly created leadership role, supporting sales performance and capability across Brisbane, Townsville, and Cairns.
The Opportunity
This role has been created to strengthen sales execution and consistency across Queensland, while preserving the local relationships and autonomy that underpin success. Working closely with the National Sales Manager and local General Managers, the State Sales Manager provides leadership, coaching, and structure to support sales teams to perform with confidence and discipline.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys being close to the business, supporting teams on the ground, and helping translate strategy into practical action.

You are an experienced sales leader with a strong track record supporting or leading teams across multiple locations. You bring credibility through your understanding of sales, your ability to build trust, and your willingness to be present with teams when it matters.
You lead in a practical, grounded way and value ownership, accountability, and honest communication. You are comfortable working collaboratively, supporting others to succeed rather than directing from a distance.

- Lifting capability in sales planning, pipeline management, forecasting, and follow-through
- Supporting new business development, including larger or longer-term opportunities
- Working closely with General Managers to align sales activity with operational capability
- Reinforcing national sales priorities while respecting local market dynamics
