Purpose of the Role
Provide the National Tender Desk with professional support in preparing innovative, high-quality client-centric proposals to deliver strategic objectives. This includes, but is not limited to, expressions of interest, tender responses, internal and external presentations and reports in Queensland and South Australia.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to comply with the tender gate process; identify the win strategy; and schedule and manage tasks to deliver compelling proposals in a timely manner.
  • Deliver and present proposals with an emphasis on accuracy and quality.
  • Develop templates according to proposal requirements and company branding.
  • Write, proof and edit proposal documents and presentations to ensure a cohesive and concise submission.
  • Ensure attention to detail to deliver high-quality proposals and presentations.
  • Liaise with other teams on the production and management of marketing materials to support the proposal.
  • Ensure the tender library and tender pipeline is updated and maintained.
Key Selection Criteria
  • Proven experience in the preparation, coordination and writing of client-centric proposals and other complex documents.
  • Ability to coordinate large-scale, multidisciplinary bid/proposal processes.
  • Exposure to etenders and other tender portals. Experience responding to government tenders is highly regarded.
  • Demonstrated ability to create/write winning proposals and obtain the required inputs from stakeholders.
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in a bid/proposal environment
  • Advanced level skills in Microsoft office programs e.g. Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Graphic design experience using software such as InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator is highly desirable.
