As Terminal Manager - North Queensland, you will run a tight ship to deliver first class safety, reliability and customer satisfaction.
- Step up to multi-site operations
- Suit a strong engineering/trade or plant operational background
- Be accountable for a well run operation
This role puts you in that position.
You will take ownership of terminal operations across a bulk fuel import and storage facility, where safety, reliability and compliance are critical. You’ll be trusted to run the site, stay close to the details, and make decisions that hold up under pressure.

- Lead ship-to-shore operations, planning and executing cargo discharges
- Maintain regulatory compliance and licence to operate in a high-consequence environment
- Drive maintenance planning and execution across critical assets
- Lead contractors and coordinate on-site operational activity
- Oversee fuel stock and quality
- Work directly with port authorities, regulators and internal stakeholders
- Stay accountable for operational performance and outcomes
This will suit you if you:
- Have built your experience in terminals, bulk liquids, fuel storage or similar hazardous material environments
- Are technically grounded across either mechanical, electrical or instrumentation systems
- Are comfortable operating in regulated, safety-critical environments
- Prefer being trusted to run operations rather than being micro-managed
- Have a knack for building positive relationships with regulators and stakeholders
- Value ownership, stability and clarity of responsibility
