The Client Service and Delivery team is responsible  for the overall management of the Humanitarian Settlement Program (including case management and initial support, accommodation, employment, and education services), the Settlement Engagement and Transition Program and the Unaccompanied Humanitarian Minors Program. 

The Chief Client Officer plays a critical role in ensuring that Multicultural Australia's programs are executed with high levels of excellence in client service and measurable delivery outcomes.

The Development and Engagement team is responsible for outcomes in the areas of community and business development; engagement and regional operations (including offices in Toowoomba, Rockhampton and Townsville).  

The Chief Development Officer ensures that Multicultural Australia's external and community development and engagement services are high performing, innovative, and fit for purpose.

The Operations and Performance team is responsible for leading Multicultural Australia's operations and outcomes in the areas of Human Resources; Information Technology; Internal Communications; Research, Data & Impact; Contracts Management and Performance; and Finance (including procurement and facilities).  

The Chief Operating Officer ensures the corporate backbone of the business is high performing, innovative and fit for purpose.
