For almost 40 years, YFS has supported people through a range of holistic programs and services in Logan and surrounding areas not just to overcome adversity but to thrive. We are seeking an accomplished and dynamic leader to join the YFS team as their Advocacy and Development Director.
Reporting to the CEO and as a member of the Executive Leadership Team, the role holds a pivotal position within the organisation with key accountability for developing and implementing the strategic development and partnership model to support service delivery, advocacy and social impact. A strong focus on maintaining and nurturing key relationships with funders, government departments and other external partners and agencies in order to drive strategic business development will be required along with exploring new funding models, and innovating income stream development to ensure the organisation’s financial stability and growth.
It is expected that you will be well-versed in overseeing brand management, strategic marketing and the implementation of innovative research and evaluation frameworks gained in a human services environment. A proven track record in executive leadership, fostering a culture of high performance and team engagement will be important. We would anticipate that your professional experience is supported by relevant tertiary qualifications.
