His experience spans multiple geographical locations, providing a global perspective and networks within the financial sector highly valued by clients and candidates alike.During his long-standing career at Randstad, Wayne was honoured to be awarded Member - Directors Club - after billing more than half a million dollars in a calendar year. This award demonstrates his commitment to client excellence and service.Born in Zimbabwe, Wayne relocated to South Africa in 1982 with his family where he grew up most of his life. After living in the UK for 4.5 years in the early 2000’s Wayne returned to Cape Town in 2006 and met his wife in 2012. They married in March 2014 and have two young children. Having lived and worked in Melbourne since April 2019, they recently moved to Brisbane to follow the sunshine and enjoy the outdoors lifestyle.Wayne is an avid mountain biker in his spare time and keeps himself fit riding his road bike into the office. He also enjoys a good game of squash on a weekly basis and spending time with his family in the swimming pool during the warmer months.
