Depending on what you want from your engagement, we offer two different types; a coaching or mentoring relationship. A mentoring relationship is where an experienced mentor’s role is to impart knowledge or skills to an individual looking to build on their career. On the other hand, a coaching relationship is an opportunity for leaders to develop through an ongoing collaboration with their Coach, to enhance and unleash potential for sustained personal and professional development.
