Chenny joined the team in May 2022. With several experience in marketing support roles, Chenny brings a fresh perspective to the recruitment process.
Chenny’s previous roles included working as an intern at an organisation that provided workplace training to professionals. During that time, she identified individuals’ professional needs and how they could gain development through various coaching services. Chenny’s day-to-day responsibilities involve supporting Client Partners throughout the recruitment process, preparing deliverables, and streamlining the candidate and client experience. She also assists with various digital marketing tasks.
Chenny’s personal approach to her work is empathetic and open-minded, trying to understand scenarios and people from different perspectives while taking opportunities to expand and learn. She believes that this approach sets her apart from her peers.
Chenny holds a Bachelor of Business in Marketing and a Bachelor of Creative Industries in Media and Communication. In her spare time, Chenny enjoys reading, taking long walks, and dining out at new places with friends and family.
