Relationship & Services Manager - Careers, Leadership Development & Consulting

Deborah is the Relationship and Services Manager for the Careers, Leadership Development & Consulting Services division of OnTalent. She has over 20 years’ experience in customer relations gained from working within the careers and banking sectors in both the United Kingdom and Australia.

Her previous role saw her managing and co-ordinating work flow and projects within the career and leadership development sector across Australia over a ten year period, giving Deborah a broad perspective on the importance of exceptional customer relations. Deborah is passionate about supporting individuals through the delivery of quality career services and delivers career programs herself.

Deborah is an integral part of the OnTalent team. Her role oversees the administration and co-ordination of all Career Coaches, Facilitators and Executive Coaches working for the business whilst ensuring all projects and back office administration operate seamlessly. Deborah excels in relationship building with customers and those on programs with us whilst taking a great interest and pride in making a difference to their working lives – connecting people with purpose. Deborah maintains exceptional standards for all those involved with our business, from the first call to the close of each project.

Coaching and Career Transition & Outplacement

Deborah works with participants from multiple backgrounds such as Digital Marketing; Warehouse coordinators; Childcare Family Co-ordinators; Various Administrators and Customer Service providers. She supports them in redirecting their focus and energy on what they want to do next, what isn’t working for them, and building a career plan – short and longer term. Using the OnTalent Proprietary Tools for assessment of career values and skills.

Project Management
Deborah successfully co-ordinates our large projects which have included the following:
• Hospital – transitioned a whole department to an outsourcing model which impacted 90+ staff. Working with the change / HR team to put together a package that would meet all stakeholders needs. Outcome:
• Not for profit – multiple levels of employees from Executives through to front line staff have been supported on Career Transition & Outplacement programs as the organisation transitioned to a new structure and operating model. Relationship has been ongoing for some 3 + years.
• Mining and Construction – national organisations with employees ranging from blue collar to executive reducing divisions and associated staff. The organisations offered a variety of workshops and 1:1 sessions. These relationships spanned over an 8-year period.
• Professional Services – large service provider closed a whole division of the business
