Jevon Seah

Jevon joins OnTalent to partner with the Executive & Board recruitment team to support the Client Partners to deliver OnTalent’s robust and thorough processes. His passion for people, good process and delivery, will ensure a great customer experience for both our candidates and clients and is aligned with OnTalent’s mission of connecting people and purpose.

Jevon moved to Brisbane in 2014 from Singapore and completed a Bachelor of Science majoring in Psychology and a Master of Occupational Health and Safety Sciences at the University of Queensland. He is passionate about all aspects of HR in and outside of the workplace.

He commenced his recruitment and executive search career with a national provider in 2022 prior to joining OnTalent as an Associate Client Partner in late 2023. He has supported a wide variety of search and recruitment projects including Chief Executive Officers, Directors and Executive Leadership roles. He has also led recruitment and search assignments for Executive Management and Director level for positions across the public sector.
