Karla joined OnTalent in 2018 and has over 15 years’ experience of Financial and Corporate Services management. As the Head of Corporate Services, Karla oversees the day-to-day operations including Finance, HR, IT and Strategy. Karla has a positive and flexible approach and is passionate about delivering excellent outcomes to ensure our team is well supported to consistently reach our goals.
