This role offers the opportunity to apply your audit expertise across public sector entities, contributing to outcomes that support transparency and accountability across government.

The opportunity
You will contribute to the delivery of audits across a defined portfolio, working across all stages of the audit process and applying your technical expertise in a public sector context.

Key responsibilities
  • Support audit delivery across financial reporting and control environments
  • Identify and assess key risks and audit issues
  • Analyse evidence and contribute to audit conclusions
  • Build effective stakeholder relationships
  • Support team delivery and quality outcomes
Your background
You are likely:
  • Working in external audit within a professional services firm, or a similar assurance environment
  • Comfortable managing audit work and supporting junior staff
  • Looking to broaden your experience beyond a single client or sector
