To support the Chief Customer Strategy Officer (CCSO), we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide confidential and professional administrative support which includes the planning, organisation and coordination of tasks and functions performed by the CCSO.
We are seeking candidates who possess high level communication skills, both written and verbal, the ability to work independently and as part of a team including mentoring, support and coaching of the other executive assistants and receptionists. You have a well developed capacity to manage the competing demands of a busy environment, have great attention to detail, can work to deadlines and prioritize demands and most importantly anticipate needs and forward planning.
You will have excellent IT skills including use of the MS Office suite of products, databases, reporting, electronic document management, administering corporate records and digital communications. You will be experienced in taking accurate minutes of meetings using analysis and good judgement and exercise discretion in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues.
Mandatory requirements include a current Open Qld Drivers License, Positive Notice "Yellow" Card and Blue card or a willingness to obtain and a relevant qualification or equivalent relevant high level administrative experience.
This role is located in the southern suburbs with onsite parking and offers salary packaging in addition to an attractive salary + super.
