Key Focus Areas
- Full P&L ownership of a ~$20M+ portfolio
- Driving utilisation, revenue performance, and operational efficiency
- Leading and developing a multi-layered leadership team across multiple sites
- Embedding accountability, performance discipline, and a high-performing culture
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and clinical governance frameworks
- Strengthening referral pathways and stakeholder networks to support growth
- Identifying and executing expansion and optimisation opportunities
- Proven executive or senior leadership experience in allied health, disability, or adjacent health services
- Experience leading large, multi-site service delivery operations at scale
- Strong commercial capability, including ownership of $15M+ P&L portfolios
- Demonstrated ability to lift performance, drive growth, and manage complexity
- Comfortable operating in regulated environments with competing priorities
- Highly credible stakeholder engagement skills across sector and community
- Executive remuneration of circa $200K + Super + Benefits
- Significant scope to influence performance and growth at scale
