The Role Reporting into the Head of People & Culture function, you will partner with executives, managers and employees across the organisation to provide practical HR advice and deliver initiatives that support growth, performance and engagement. This is a broad generalist role suited to someone who enjoys being hands-on, visible and solutions-focused while also contributing to longer-term people priorities. Responsibilities include:
- Providing ER/IR advice and supporting performance matters
- Coaching leaders to build confidence, consistency and capability
- Supporting workforce planning, organisational change and policy interpretation
- Contributing to culture, engagement, wellbeing and psychological safety initiatives
- Coordinating WHS, WorkCover and return-to-work matters
- Using HR data, reporting and systems to identify trends and improve decision-making
- Supporting learning, leadership development and continuous improvement projects
- Helping the business leverage technology, digital tools and AI to improve HR efficiency
We are looking for someone with:
- Strong employee relations and industrial relations experience
- Broad HR generalist capability across the employee lifecycle
- Confidence coaching and advising leaders through practical people matters
- Experience in complex, service-based or growth environments
- Strong systems, reporting and digital capability
- The ability to work autonomously, prioritise effectively and become productive quickly
- Curiosity about how technology and AI can improve HR processes and outcomes
