After an exceptional 10 years of service the current Chief Executive is transitioning to retirement at the end of this financial year. OnTalent is privileged to partner with the Board in the search to lead this highly trusted and valued organisation within the community it serves.
Leading a team of approximately 200 people across Queensland and a fleet of more than 90 Vehicles the TransitCare CEO facilitates and continuously grows services to Logan City, Redlands, Brisbane South, Mt Tamborine, Gold Coast, Townsville, Cairns, Charters Towers and Ingham. This $14M+ organisation creates significant social impact and is trusted by stakeholders from government to community and beyond.
The Chief Executive Officer has a highly visible role internally and will play a key role in nurturing relationships with stakeholders and contributing to thought leadership across the sector in order to maintain and enhance the organisation’s positioning and contribution to the community.
Ideally, you will come with a good understanding of community transport and the opportunities and challenges that are present in that sector. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to navigate complex funding arrangements and apply sound financial discipline and profit-for-purpose approaches to new and existing agreements.
We are looking for someone who is warm, genuine and authentic to lead this values-based organisation at the heart of the communities they serve. You will bring strong leadership skills, a growth mindset, and exceptional negotiation skills. You will steward the organisation through new government and policy settings, new stakeholders and new funding direction.
