Pauline joins the OnTalent team bringing with her over 12 years’ experience in the industry and a passion for contract recruitment.
Having joined our team in December 2022, Pauline will focus on continuing to expand upon OnTalent’s service offering with a specialised focus on contracting and interim solutions within both the private and public sectors.
Pauline attributes her success in building exceptional contracting portfolios to her genuine approach and ability to build deep connections with her clients and candidates to ensure not only technical but also cultural fit for both a client and candidate.
