Chris Dougherty joins our team after almost a decade of being part of the OnTalent family. Almost 10 years ago Chris was placed by us in a HR Executive role with an NFP, was our first outplacement participant and has been a client (and sometimes candidate) ever since. He will lead our Government and Not-for-Profit practice after an almost 20 year career in NFP leadership roles. With specialist expertise in people & culture Chris has led transformational change in corporate services, people & culture, technology, retail & wholesale operations and most recently repositioned Epilepsy Queensland as a leading player in the sector through his role of Chief Executive. Knowing first-hand what it takes to run a successful NFP will be the super power Chris brings to his clients. Whether you are looking to inspire change or to continuously improve business as usual, Chris has experience in finding the right people, and connecting them to your purpose. His senior leadership roles in the NFP world are intertwined with key stakeholders and relationships with government as they collaboratively seek to improve outcomes. With a strong parallel Executive and Board career Chris currently serves as a Director and Chair, People & Culture Committee for both Foodbank Queensland and TRUE Relationships & Reproductive Health. Chris holds of Bachelor of Business with majors in Human Resources and Accounting, is a Justice of the Peace (Qualified) and a Registered Marriage Celebrant.
