Kerri has over 25 years’ experience as a strategic client partner within Recruitment, Human Resources, Career Development and Relationship Management. Beginning her career in business development, she has continually broadened her experience and focus on leadership and the development of others. Joining OnTalent as Client Partner for the Careers, Leadership Development & Consulting division, her hands on experience, across a range of industries has ensured her depth of knowledge and insights into the operational and strategic challenges of a broad cross-section of organisations. This provides a solid foundation from which to guide and assist OnTalent clients.

Kerri prides herself on continually developing her understanding of her clients’ and their People & Culture strategy. She partners to support across all levels of business from executive through to emerging leaders to develop both individual and enterprise solutions to ensure organisational success.

As a customer-centric leader, Kerri is known for her ability to develop and grow long-term relationships with her clients. She brings a professional and authentic approach along with strong commercial acumen.
