After nearly 12 years in the Talent Advisory market, the OnTalent shareholders and team are pleased to announce the appointment of John Aitken as Chair from 1 July 2021, replacing Co-Founder, Varina Nissen who remains on the board.

John joins the OnTalent Board with many years’ experience working on, and leading innovative economic development strategies.  It is this depth and breadth of experience that OnTalent are excited to welcome to the business to support their strategic growth within the changing environment of the Talent marketplace.
