Welcoming Lucy Webster, Associate Client Partner

We’re pleased to announce that OnTalent has welcomed Lucy Webster as an Associate Client Partner. Lucy joins the team with a strong financial background to support our Client Partner team in driving our central organisational focus, Connecting People and Purpose.

Lucy’s career began in the Finance sector where she gained insight into corporate functionality, along with an appreciation for collaborative teamwork – a core skill that she now brings to the OnTalent team. Upon commencement of her Bachelor of Business Human Resources, Lucy started her recruitment career in the Aviation sector. It’s here that Lucy garnered her skills in internal recruitment across a wide variety of areas, equipping her with the knowledge to successfully navigate the sector across different departments.

Her razor-sharp focus on building strong relationships with others ensures a consistently positive experience for both clients and candidates. Her industry experience and studies result in a comprehensive, in-depth approach to the end-to-end recruitment process.
