We are thrilled to announce that Suzanne Grant has joined the OnTalent team as our Head of Social Enterprise.
We are deeply committed to connecting people with purpose and enjoy a wonderful track record across the NFP/social enterprise sector. Suzanne’s extensive experience and amazing background will ensure we continue to grow our capacity and capability exponentially.
Suzanne’s experience is vast. Her capabilities include developing and delivering complex programs and initiatives, most recently in the not-for-profit, education and international development sectors.
Prior to joining the team at OnTalent, Suzanne led programs with multiple stakeholders including senior executives and senior policymakers at both the state and federal level. Most recently, Suzanne worked with Schools Plus and the University of Queensland where she managed a three-year program in leadership and governance to Papua New Guinea’s emerging and future leaders.
Suzanne has also worked in the private sector for twenty years, both running her own consulting firm as well as working for organisations such as Deloitte and Telstra.
Her expertise is in governance, public policy, performance improvement, leadership development, business growth and operational effectiveness particularly those related to organisational change initiatives.
Suzanne holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Political Science from the University of Queensland, an Honours First Class degree in Political Science and Public Policy and an undergraduate degree with majors in History and Politics also from the University of Queensland.
Suzanne is dedicated to helping organisations recruit the best people for success; and aligning people with their purpose. She has an authentic and consultative approach and has a reputation for being versatile and delivering above expectation to achieve great outcomes.
