Great teams are “all in” it together! And that’s exactly what we have at OnTalent. With the great news that Belinda Begrie has now joined Deborah Saunders and myself within the Careers and Leadership Services team at OnTalent, I know that we have exciting times ahead.

These two dynamic colleagues and I have worked together closely in the past over multiple years, and I have seen first-hand the impact from the partnering and support they provide. Connecting people with purpose is all about supporting and partnering with our customers to create great careers and teams, and for individuals to have more confidence and knowledge around becoming better leaders.

I am extremely fortunate to be able to work with colleagues I know, respect and just plain enjoy being around. Belinda, Deborah and I have a shared commitment to each other, our customers and to our great OnTalent colleagues. We know this will continue to result in shared successes for all of our valued stakeholders. Of course, we will have a little fun along the way.

It’s fantastic to have Belinda back in the daily huddle and team talks, and it’s our privilege and pleasure to have you on board Belinda.
