Natasha Olsson-Seeto

Natasha has over 25 years’ executive recruitment experience to CEO level and extensive search experience. She has largely completed a Master of Leadership through the University of Southern Queensland.

Natasha commenced her career with PricewaterhouseCoopers before being appointed a Director with Deloitte where she led their recruitment practice. Since then she has led local boutique firms in search and selection and has been the Australian General Manager, Executive and Commercial recruitment, for a leading global recruitment firm. During this time, she has maintained a loyal client base and continued to deliver executive level recruitment assignments. Natasha’s specialist areas are in C-Suite and Senior Management appointments, transformational roles and unique positions holding a strategic remit.

Natasha spent 12 months as the Queensland & ACT General Manager for a major Australian recruitment firm where she led 18 branches across 2 states prior to launching OnTalent.

Natasha is a Director on the OnTalent Board, on the National Board and elected past Chair – Recruitment and Consultants Services Association (RCSA) in Queensland, Non-Executive Director and Chair of the People, Performance and Culture Committee of Food Bank Queensland and Ambassador of the Brisbane Club.
